Description
As a CNC Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce wooden components. You work from technical drawings and ensure that each part meets the highest quality standards. You carefully inspect the finished product and intervene when necessary, so the customer always receives the best result.
A typical workday includes preparing the machines, reading the required technical drawings, and performing precise measurements. You set up the CNC machines according to specifications, monitor the production process, and carry out quality checks on finished products. You will work independently as well as part of a team, supporting each other and collaborating to ensure efficient production.

Requirements
MBO working and thinking level
At least 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a CNC Operator
Experience setting up and adjusting CNC machines based on technical drawings
Ability to read technical drawings
Experience with woodworking
Precision and attention to detail
Team player, but also able to work independently
Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility
Open mindset and willingness to learn
English at B1 level
In possession of a VOL/VCA certificate or willing to obtain it
Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

A gross hourly wage between €15.61 and €18.33, depending on experience
