Description

As a Crossdock Employee, you are the link between incoming and outgoing goods in a modern distribution center. Together with an enthusiastic team of about 15 colleagues, you make sure that trucks are loaded and unloaded quickly, safely, and efficiently. You operate an EPT, but also help with manual loading and unloading when needed. You work in a two-shift system, including evening and night shifts, always keeping an eye on the process to ensure every product ends up in the right place.
On a typical workday, you start with an overview of the loading lists. You sort and pick orders, place products safely in the trucks, and make sure all shipments are properly secured. You work closely with your team, but you’re also comfortable handling tasks independently. Thanks to your resilience and problem-solving attitude, everything runs smoothly, even during busy periods.

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or crossdock role (at least 1 year)
• EPT certificate and experience operating an EPT
• Good command of the English language
• Available for at least 5 days per week
• Team player who can also work independently
• Resilient and solution-oriented
• Reliable and hands-on
• MBO or VMBO working and thinking level
