Your Role

As an Internal Recruiter at N2 People, you are indispensable to our success. You will discover and select the most talented professionals within Europe. Your tasks are:

• Proactive recruitment and selection: Actively search for the best candidates through different channels and networks.
• International search: Attracting candidates from various countries to meet our clients' needs.
• Networking and relationship building:Develop and maintain a strong network of potentialële candidates and partners.
• Reviewing profiles: Carefully evaluate resumes and conduct in-depth interviews.
• Assessing targeted questions: Finding out candidates' competencies and ambitions with targeted questions.
• Solution-oriented thinking: Coming up with quick and effective solutions to recruitment challenges.
• Hands-on mentality: Tackles tasks directly and enthusiastically.
• Collaborate with external recruiters: Review resumes from external recruiters quickly and carefully to select the best candidates.
• Teamwork: Working closely with colleagues and managers to optimize recruitment strategy.
• Database management: Searching our database for perfect matches, such as C drivers, and ensuring an up-to-date database of top candidates.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate:

• Proactive and results-oriented:Always looking for the best results with an attitude of initiative.
• Communicatively strong: Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Experienced in recruitment: Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in our sectors.
• Internationally oriented:Experience recruiting candidates internationally.
• Analytical and critical: Excellent at assessing candidate profiles and skills.
• Flexible and adaptable: Able to function well in a dynamic environment.
• Hands-on mentality: Ready to tackle tasks immediately.
• Able to ask targeted questions: Find out candidates' competencies and ambitions with targeted questions.
• Solution-oriented thinking:Thinks in solutions and addresses recruitment challenges quickly and effectively.
• Creative in finding candidates.
• Entrepreneurial and administratively strong: Entrepreneurial with strong administrative skills to find the right matches in our database full of (warm) leads.
