We are seeking a new colleague to join our current team of Job Coaches in the Logistics unit.

What do you bring?

• You possess various skills that are highly relevant to the role.
• You speak fluent English and Romanian, as effective communication with our employees is crucial.
• Dutch is a plus, but not required.
• You are highly motivated to support our employees.
• Experience in the temporary employment industry is a plus.
• You are willing to work morning and evening shifts.
• You have flexible working hours (1 or 2 Saturdays every 4 weeks), with time-for-time compensation.
• You have at least an MBO-4 level of education.
• You hold a valid driver’s license (B).
