Maintenance technician

N2 People is currently looking for a maintenance technician.

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and reliability of the company’s equipment. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive nature, you will quickly identify and address risks, adhering to the latest safety regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Independently carrying out complex repairs.
• Analyzing malfunctions and coordinating external support to ensure minimal downtime.
• Coaching junior and medior shift technicians.
• Assisting in planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
• Leading the transition to preventive maintenance.
• Ensuring effective communication across departments and management.
• Chairing the morning meetings to streamline daily operations.

Your efforts will help keep the machines running smoothly while constantly seeking ways to improve processes. You’ll have the chance to advance your technical skills and mentor others.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A strong affinity for industrial automation and knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards.
• Relevant knowledge or work experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a food environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on weekends.
• The ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
