Assembly Worker – Modular Housing Factory (Uden Region)

About the Role

In this role, you will work inside a state‑of‑the‑art production facility where sustainable, prefab housing units are assembled with precision and care. You’ll contribute to building homes that make a real impact — fast, innovative, and future‑proof.

Your Tasks

• Assembling structural parts of modular homes on the production line.
• Installing insulation, wall panels, and exterior cladding.
• Working with basic tools and simple technical drawings.
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Performing repetitive, steady work as part of a motivated team.

What You Bring

• Affinity with technical or production work.
• Long‑term availability in the Netherlands.
• English level B1 or higher.
• A proactive, reliable, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working with colleagues of many nationalities.

Working Conditions & Benefits

• €15.63 – €16.37 gross per hour (incl. ADV allowance 2.76%).
• Training on the first working day.

• Bicycle or car transportation depending on distance (up to 40 km).
• Full‑time 40 hours per week.
