You will be working for specialized car damage repair companies throughout the Netherlands. These workplaces are equipped with modern tools, advanced spraying techniques, and professional facilities. The environment is clean, organized, and focused on quality, craftsmanship, and efficiency.
You will work independently but also as part of a passionate team that values precision, expertise, and delivering high standard results within agreed deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the preparation of car parts before spraying.
- Mix colors using digital scales and the correct paint formulas.
- Compare color samples and determine the correct tint.
- Mask vehicles accurately and efficiently before painting.
- Perform painting tasks including water based paint, clear coat, and three layer systems.
- Polish painted vehicles to remove imperfections such as sags, dust, and spray out areas.
- Use all prescribed tools correctly and keep the workspace clean and orderly.
- Complete tasks independently and according to required quality standards.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines within the required time frame.
- Apply the latest painting techniques and work with well known brands.
- Spot repair experience is considered a plus.
Candidate Profile
- Driving license B (preferred).
- English communication skills are beneficial but not required.
- Capable of working independently with a high level of precision.
- Familiar with modern car painting techniques.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Reliable, motivated, and quality driven.
- Relevant experience is required.
Additional Information
- Contract type: Temporary, with the intention of permanent employment.
- Gross hourly salary: €19.50 – €22.00
- Workhours: Mostly, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00
- Transport: (E )bike, car or own car with compensation; €0.23 per km
- Workplace: Professional car damage repair facility
- Work clothes: Safety shoes (own or provided for €30), work clothes can also be provided
- Workload: Average
