You will be working in a modern, large scale production environment focused on the prefabrication of modular housing units. The organization operates an advanced factory where wooden housing components are produced efficiently, sustainably, and with consistent quality.
The working atmosphere is informal, energetic, and collaborative, with colleagues from different cultures and nationalities working together on long term projects. The workplace is climate controlled and designed for safe, structured production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce wooden walls, floors, and roofs for modular homes.
- Work from technical drawings using tablets, framing machines, and hand tools.
- Perform quality checks on your own work.
- Rotate between different workstations and machines.
- Support colleagues and collaborate within the production team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Candidate Profile
- English language skills at minimum B1 level.
- Affinity with the technical production sector.
- Fit and able to perform physical work.
- Energetic, motivated, and hands on mentality.
- Able to work in a multicultural production environment.
- Willing to commit to long term employment in the Netherlands.
- Experience working in the Netherlands is required.
- Stable and reliable work attitude.
Additional Information
- Contract type: Temporary, with the intention of permanent employment
- Hourly gross salary: starting at €15,61 + allowance
- Workhours: Monday to Friday; 2 shifts; 06.00–15.00 / 14.45–23.45
- Transport: (E )bike up to 15 km; private transport possible
- Workplace: Technical production and assembly environment
- Work clothes: T shirt provided; safety shoes (own or provided for €30)
- Workload: Heavy
