You will be working for specialized car damage repair companies throughout the Netherlands. These workplaces are equipped with modern tools, advanced spraying techniques, and professional facilities. The environment is clean, organized, and focused on quality, craftsmanship, and efficiency.
You will work independently but also as part of a passionate team that values precision, expertise, and delivering high standard results within agreed deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble body and chassis parts.
- Repair and replace damaged body and chassis components.
- Perform repairs on small damages as well as larger structural damages.
- Weld using CO2 and copper welding techniques.
- Repair damages using a bench, hydraulic tools, and digital measuring systems.
- Restore the original lines and shapes of the car.
- Apply sealing materials in original style.
- Sand metal surfaces and apply putty layers.
- Finish and smooth putty layers.
- Repair bumpers using welding equipment.
- Use a spotter correctly; experience with Miracle system is a plus.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Complete assignments independently and within the required quality and time standards.
Candidate Profile
- Driving license B is preferred.
- English communication is preferred but not required.
- Able to work independently with a high level of precision.
- Experienced with modern panel beating tools and repair systems.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Skilled in bodywork restoration and welding techniques.
- Relevant work experience is required.
Additional Information
- Contract type: Temporary, with the intention of permanent employment.
- Gross hourly salary: €20.00 – €23.00
- Workhours: Mostly, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00
- Transport: (E )bike, car or own car with compensation; €0.23 per km
- Workplace: Professional car damage repair facility
- Work clothes: Safety shoes (own or provided for €30), work clothes can also be provided
