Technical Production Employee – Stone Finishing

You will be working for a specialist in natural stone and composite processing, known for high quality craftsmanship and tailor made solutions. The company produces premium finished products such as marble bathrooms, granite pool surrounds, kitchen countertops, flooring, and façade elements.

With a motivated team of skilled professionals, the organization delivers projects for private clients and businesses, both in the Netherlands and abroad. You will work in a modern production facility on an industrial estate in Tilburg, within a friendly, dedicated, and quality driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Polish composite, marble, and granite worktops using hand tools.
• Work from simple technical drawings to produce high quality finishes.
• Perform the final quality check before products leave the factory.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues within the Production Department.
• Contribute to delivering precise, flawless, and customer ready final products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Participate actively within a team oriented production process.
• Learn and grow through on the job training in stone finishing techniques.

Candidate Profile

• English at B1 level.
• Ability to read 2D drawings.
• Skilled with tools and equipment.
• Technically and spatially proficient.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Full time availability and willingness to work overtime.
• Experience with natural stone is a plus but not required.
• Good organizational skills and basic administrative ability.
• Physical stamina for manual tasks such as lifting and moving materials.
• Reliable and punctual.

Additional Information

• Contract type: Fase A
• Hourly gross salary: €15.17 + €0.31 ATV (after 3 months: €15.67 + €0.31)
• Workhours: Monday–Thursday 07:15–15:45; Friday 07:15–14:30; Saturday 07:15–11:00 (Occasionally starting at 06:00)
• Transport: E bike (max. 10 km)
• Workplace: Indoor warehouse at normal temperature
• Work clothes: Safety shoes can be provided for a fee
• Workload: Normal
