Quality takes time. We carefully screen every candidate for background, motivation, language level, and expertise. We only recommend someone when everything checks out. This leads to less turnover and more stable teams.

New employees don’t start overnight. We prepare them well with e-learning, personal onboarding, and a clear explanation of working and living in the Netherlands. Our job coaches are the main point of contact for employees. They often speak the same language, visit work and living locations, and ensure that everything remains well organized.

For employers, the account manager is the first point of contact; the job coach provides support on the work floor as needed. This way, everyone feels seen, heard, and well guided.
