Bas Joosten is since today, March 16, 2022, the new Operational Director of the flexible organization N2People, where he previously held the position of Business Unit Manager. This allows Eric Nabuurs, in his role as CEO of the independent N2People, to focus primarily on the company’s further growth strategy and the expansion of the international recruitment network.
Bas Joosten has extensive experience in personnel services in various commercial and management roles, most recently as Business Unit Manager. Eric Nabuurs is shaping the restructuring of his flexible organization and his growth ambitions for the coming years. N2People experienced steady growth from its founding in 2010 until 2020. The explosive growth in 2021 and its continuation in the first months of 2022 allowed N2People to transition from a smaller flexible organization to a medium-sized one.
Bas Joosten now takes charge of the restart of N2People’s operational activities in the Netherlands, looking beyond the existing service area! Bas says about his appointment: “I am really looking forward to this new challenge. Besides my focus on restructuring the operational organization, which I have already started, my attention will be on the strategy for the coming years with unchanged focus on our core values related to a strong team of colleagues, attention to our EU colleagues, and attention to our clients. Further rolling out a (remote) recruitment network will be key to achieving further expansion!”
Growth
Eric Nabuurs, CEO of N2People, adds: “Our company is very pleased that Bas is taking this career step. With his experience in our sector, he is ideally suited to further expand our position in the labor market. Moreover, I am a strong advocate for developing and promoting both our own employees and our EU colleagues!”
