Things are looking up for N2 People, the Uden staffing organization that takes a different approach. “We look much more at the long term than others.”

N2 People started in 2010 in Venray, but the organization outgrew its space there. Three years ago, the headquarters moved to a building on Mandenmakerstraat in Uden. “A nice location that suits us well,” says Eric, who was also one of the founders of the company. This year, he and his team are celebrating the 12.5-year anniversary, which will certainly be celebrated with the staff. A characteristic of N2 People is its international nature: the staffing agency focuses exclusively on recruiting international employees. Recruiters from the staffing organization are located in countries such as Romania, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, and Italy.
