In the Netherlands there are limits to how much an agency can withhold from your salary. This is to make sure you are protected. If this is the case you will be put on the WAS-list, this means that the remaining amount will be withhold from your next salary. You will be on this list until everything is paid off.
The deposit is refunded with the next payroll after the week you returned the bike.
You’ll see them on your payslip. They are paid together with your salary on the Thursday of the following week.
No vacation days left? Then you take unpaid leave.
If you use N2 People transport, you don’t get travel allowance.
If you use your own car, it depends on the company’s rules.
That depends on the company where you work. We pay according to their collective labour agreement (CAO).
Please note: taxes and contributions are deducted from your gross salary. This varies per person.

At N2 People, we pay your salary every Thursday. It’s based on the hours you worked the previous week. This is explained when you sign your contract.
We deduct the amount from your next salary. Sometimes we spread it over several payments.
Within 6 to 8 weeks after your last working day, we transfer this to your account.
You’ll find them in the Plan4Flex app, along with other documents.
Send a message to your N2 People contact person with your new account number. We’ll update it and confirm with you that it’s correct.

Which public holidays you will be free depends on the place you work at. For more information reach out to your contact person at N2 People.

This depends on where you will work. You may need to bring (part of) your work clothes yourself, receive them from us, or from the client. We can always provide safety shoes for a fee.
You can use the housing as long as you work for N2 People.

Usually housing is for employees only. If your partner/family also works for N2 People, we’ll look at the options.
We try to give everyone a single room if possible. Coming with your partner? A double room may be available.
There are a few mandatory things. At the start we help you with applying for a BSN number, and taking out health insurance. You have the option to join our collective health insurance. After some time you will have to register with the municipality. If this is difficult, we can help you.
We provide furniture and basic items. You bring personal things like clothes and towels. Bedding is available for a fee.
Yes, weekly rent is deducted from your salary. The first night is free.
Small-scale housing where you live with a few other employees. You share living and common areas.

Yes, the deposit for a normal bike is €100,- and for an electrical bike €200,-.
Yes, depending on the distance, you’ll get a bike, e-bike, car, or driver. You’re responsible for small maintenance.
You can also arrange your own transport.
At least 8% of your worked hours, sometimes more depending on your workplace.
Ask at your workplace in advance. Usually you will get an answer within a few days. How you request leave depends on the company. Ask your N2 People contact person if needed.

Yes, it’s mandatory. You can:
– Arrange your own insurance and send us a copy of your policy. This is to make sure you don’t get fined.
– Or choose our insurance. In this case we will arrange it for you.
Between 70% and 100% of your average hours over the past 13 weeks.

Call your N2 People contact person every day that you are sick, at least 1 hour before your shift. Also inform your workplace if possible.
