From Operator to Assistant Team Leader

My name is Daiana, I am from Romania and I came to the Netherlands with my family. Since I was young, my parents worked abroad, and now I joined them with the goal of becoming financially independent, trying to build the foundations of my future myself. I initially thought I would stay for a year to achieve some goals, after which I would return to my country to continue my studies, but now it has been two years since I started working with this amazing agency, N2People, surrounded by extraordinary people who are there for you whenever and wherever you need. I began working for Hessing from the very start and I am still active in this company. I started as an operator, and with small and quick steps, a lot of work and perseverance, respect and trust, I ended up taking the position of Assistant Team Leader, and the progress won’t stop here.
