Martin van den Munckhof Director N2 Facility

Martin van den Munckhof is since today, April 3, 2023, the new Director of N2 Facility. Martin previously started as an interim manager. Eric Nabuurs can now fully focus on the further growth strategy and expansion of the company from his role as CEO of the MENS Group holding.

Martin van den Munckhof has built extensive experience in facility services, where he has worked for several years in various operational and management roles. With this expansion and further specialization, Eric Nabuurs is shaping the restructuring of his organization in business services and his growth ambitions for the coming years. N2 Facility is the first independent sister organization alongside N2 People, the staffing service provider that has experienced steady growth since its founding in 2010 and has accelerated its growth since 2020. The explosive growth in 2021 and its continuation allowed N2 People to transition from a smaller flexible organization to a medium-sized flexible organization and enter the Flexmarkt Top 100 in 2022.

Martin van den Munckhof now takes the lead over the independent sister company N2 Facility – and is ready for his new challenge. The core activities of N2 Facility are: Housing, Cleaning, and Maintenance. Housing for the international employees of both the sister company N2 People, other recruitment and selection agencies, as well as international employees who are permanently employed or will be with companies. Cleaning and Maintenance are a logical continuation of this.
