Warm welcome
Upon arrival at our office, your onboarding program begins with a warm welcome. You enter a pleasant environment where you can relax after your journey. Enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee, made by our colleagues trained as baristas, a cup of tea, a protein shake, or a glass of water.
There’s also plenty of time to unwind. You can leisurely read a magazine, get in touch with your family via our fast wifi connection, or have fun in our racing simulator. A new start can be quite exciting, and that’s why we’ve designed this intentionally to take away any tension. This way, you can literally and figuratively land comfortably in the Netherlands.

Practical onboarding
After the reception, we start with the practical parts of the onboarding program. Together we check if all forms are filled out correctly. If something is still incomplete, we will assist you right away. Then you will follow our e-learning module, where you will receive clear explanations about working and living in the Netherlands: from rules and culture to safety and expectations in the workplace.
Work & live
Ready for departure
Finally, we will check together if you have everything you need to get started. Think of work clothes, work shoes, and bedding. If something is missing, we will make sure it gets arranged for you.
After that, you will go to your new home. You will have all the time and space to create your own place to truly feel at home in your new country. When you feel at home, you will also find it easier to fully focus on building your new future. Thanks to this onboarding program, you will start your new beginning in the Netherlands well-prepared.
