Onboarding that helps new employees settle in right away

The onboarding of new employees from other countries begins with a warm welcome. We ensure a relaxing reception in a pleasant environment. This is accompanied by a cup of freshly made coffee, prepared by our colleagues trained as baristas, tea, water, or protein shakes.
International employees also have the space to unwind from their journey. They can comfortably read a magazine, communicate with loved ones via our fast wifi connection, or enjoy our racing simulator. This moment of relaxation ensures that employees feel welcomed right away. A relaxed start prevents stress and increases the effectiveness of the onboarding.

Next, employees start with our e-learning modules. Here, they receive clear explanations about working and living in the Netherlands, applicable rules, culture, and expectations in the workplace. This way, employees know exactly what is expected of them and become independently deployable more quickly. This reduces onboarding time and lowers the pressure on your internal guidance. We also check if employees have all the necessary materials to start safely and correctly. If needed, we provide them with work clothing, work shoes, and bedding.
