The story of Constantin

I am Constantin Madalin Carteputreda – 35 years old, living in Well – The Netherlands. I would like to share something about myself.

I believe I am a very sociable and friendly person, with a great sense of humor. I am a dedicated worker, devoted husband, and father. When I was still in Romania, I decided that I needed to change something in my life. So in 2018, I made the choice to move to the Netherlands, where I first worked as a temporary worker in a greenhouse growing tomatoes. Eventually, I received a job offer at a hotel in Amsterdam. There, I worked as a room attendant for one month; then I was promoted to houseman, where I took care of the guests’ requests and the hotel.

In November 2020, I learned about N2 People, so I decided to apply for a job in order picking at Technische Unie, where I worked for a few months. After some time, I stopped working with N2 People for a while and took jobs at other agencies, but I noticed a significant difference between N2 People and the others. In May 2021, I returned to N2 People and was accepted for the position of Housemaster within N2 People. I really enjoyed this job, and I stayed in this role until March 2023. At that point, we discussed our department and what was happening: the intention was to restructure the roles. So I applied for the position of Facility Coordinator and was accepted right after the interview I had with the N2 Facility manager and my former Jobcoach. What is my new job really? As you might know, Facility is always a rather busy department, and I find this hectic environment very appealing. I generally focus on the quality of housing we provide to all N2 People employees. Now I have started leading the Housemasters team, the technical team, and the cleaning team. I’m very happy in my new position and grateful to the company for their trust in me!

My dream? It is to continue what I started in 2018, based on gradual professional growth.
