Description

As an all-round carpenter specialized in timber frame and prefab, you will work in a modern and well-equipped workshop in Heesch. You will produce and assemble a variety of timber structures such as timber frame walls, roof and truss elements, dormers, and annexes. You work independently on projects but also as part of a team. If you have leadership experience, you can take on a foreman role, ensuring work quality and progress and supporting your colleagues where needed.
A typical workday starts at 7:30 AM. You'll receive your work instructions based on production and technical drawings before getting started on processing and assembling prefab components. You use professional tools and the focus is always on quality and safety. The team collaborates, helps each other out, and maintains a pleasant working atmosphere. On Fridays, you wrap up the week together with a drink.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a carpenter and/or timber frame builder
Ability to read production and technical drawings
Good command of the English language
Careful and safe working practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Sense of responsibility and a collegial attitude
Positive and practical work approach
Experience as a foreman is a plus but not required

Our offer

Gross hourly wage from €17.04 to €17.93, plus allowances depending on experience
Employment conditions in line with the CAO for the carpentry industry
8.33% holiday pay
45 paid days off based on a 40-hour workweek
Regular working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM
