Description

As an assembly worker, you’ll be part of a modern production environment where high-quality exterior doors and frame components are made. You’ll be responsible for assembling, installing, and finishing various parts such as glass, locks, hinges, and accessories. Quality is key—you’ll ensure each product meets the highest standards.
On a typical day, you’ll read technical drawings and work instructions, assemble components, install glass, and use various hand tools. You’ll check your work for quality and keep your workspace safe and tidy. Since you work on custom solutions, every day brings new challenges and variety.

You will join a leading production company focused on manufacturing high-quality doors for the Dutch housing market. Requirements

• Technical insight and attention to detail
• Ability to read technical drawings or willingness to learn
• Motivated, hands-on attitude
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Dutch
• Experience in production or assembly is a plus, but not required

Our offer

• Gross hourly wage between €14.99 and €17.86, depending on experience
• Day shift position (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM)
• 8.33% holiday allowance
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• A total of 43 paid days off per year (24 vacation days and 19 additional days)
