Description

As an assembly worker, you'll join a modern production environment where modular homes are built. You'll be responsible for tasks such as insulating and cladding exterior walls and performing simple technical work. You'll collaborate with colleagues in an open, informal atmosphere where initiative is valued.
A typical workday starts at 7:00 a.m. You'll independently handle your tasks, read (or learn to read) technical drawings, and help ensure smooth production. The work is physically demanding and repetitive, but you'll be building innovative and sustainable housing solutions with your team. Breaks and team check-ins contribute to a positive workplace.

You'll be working for an innovative and fast-growing producer of modular homes in the Netherlands. The company delivers over a thousand homes annually, from compact studios to spacious family homes. Requirements

• Minimum English at B1 level (required, not negotiable)
• Physically fit (work is demanding)
• Social, friendly, punctual, and hands-on mentality
• Stable situation in the Netherlands and looking for long-term employment
• Able to read or willing to learn to read technical drawings
• Affinity with technical production or construction sector
• Preferably in possession of a VCA certificate or willing to obtain it soon
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in assembly, production, or construction

• Starting salary of €500 net per week
• Single-room accommodation provided if needed
• Guaranteed stable working hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
