Description

As an Assistant Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the smooth operation of multiple production lines. You set up machines, monitor the progress of the production process, and ensure that everything runs according to established quality and quantity standards. You are vigilant about adhering to safety regulations and respond quickly when adjustments are needed.
On an average workday, you monitor production progress, conduct metal detection tests, change packaging materials, and record process data. You guide employees on the shop floor, support onboarding, and coordinate daily tasks. You identify deviations and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

Eisen:

  • MBO level 3 work and/or thinking level
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Experience with production line automation and quality control systems
  • Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, GMP, Occupational Safety, operator A/B tasks, 5S, Lean, and Microsoft Office
  • Good command of Dutch and/or English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability and leadership potential
  • Sense of responsibility, flexible, accurate, and able to work under pressure
  • Able to motivate, delegate, and show initiative
