Description

As a concrete carpenter, you are responsible for making and installing formwork for foundations, floors, walls, and other concrete structures. You will work on a variety of projects in industry, agriculture, and housing. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that each project runs smoothly from start to finish.

On a typical workday, you start at the construction site in Oostrum. You read blueprints, make and assemble formwork, tie rebar, and pour and finish the concrete. You work accurately, follow safety rules, and coordinate with your team. Sometimes you work independently, and sometimes together on larger components.

You will be working for a family business specializing in agricultural construction, business premises, and custom prefab homes. They manage the entire construction process, from design to delivery, using modern techniques and sustainable materials. Requirements

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a concrete carpenter or in concrete construction
  • Able to read technical drawings and work accurately
  • Enjoys working outdoors
  • Independent, reliable, and safety-conscious
  • Team player
  • In possession of VCA Basic Safety certificate (or willing to obtain one)
  • Preferably has a driver’s license B and own transport
  • Language skills in Polish or Dutch

  • Gross hourly wage: €18.95 + €1.52 ADV allowance
  • Weekly salary between €600 and €750 (based on 40-50 hours)
