Description

As a Technical Maintenance Employee, you’re responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of packaging materials designed for reuse. You’ll work in a modern, safe warehouse where both quality and safety are the top priority. You follow clear instructions and use a variety of tools and machines, including forklifts, electric pallet trucks (EPT), stackers, and reach trucks.

A typical day starts with reviewing your checklists. You perform technical repairs on packaging, carry out quality checks, and make sure everything meets the established standards. You work closely with your colleagues and use different transportation equipment, always keeping safety and cleanliness in mind. The job is physically demanding—you’ll be lifting, bending, and repairing—in a clean and organized environment. The working hours are in a 2-shift system: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to midnight, with no night shifts.

Requirements

• Secondary vocational education (MBO) level
• Technical insight and experience in maintenance or repair
• Experience with forklift, EPT, reach truck, and stacker
• Forklift and reach truck certificates required
• Skilled with various hand tools
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and making repairs
• Willing to work in 2-shift rotation
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Accurate, collegial, proactive, and stress-resistant
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset

• Gross hourly wage of €17.85 (including shift allowance)
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
