Description
As a truck mechanic, you are responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various trucks and their components. You diagnose technical problems and ensure that every vehicle is safe and reliable on the road. You will work on engines, transmissions, brake systems, electronics, and replace defective parts where needed.
Your day starts at 8:00 AM in a professional workshop. You receive your schedule, discuss any special matters with colleagues, and start with planned maintenance or complex repairs. Throughout the day, you diagnose issues, coordinate with your team, and test trucks after your work is complete. Your workday ends at 5:00 PM, but overtime is possible if required.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a truck mechanic
- Good command of the English language
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Willingness to work in various locations across the Netherlands
- Flexible and accurate work attitude
Our offer
- Gross hourly wage between €18 and €23 (depending on experience)
- Net weekly wage between €600 and €750 (based on 38/40 hours)
- Chance of a permanent contract with good performance
- Housing provided (private room)
- Health insurance arranged
- Transport to work (bicycle, e-bike, or car)
- Workweek of at least 40 hours and up to 45 hours
- No shift work, regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
