Description

As a 3-axis CNC Miller, you’ll work in a modern production environment where you are responsible for independently setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines. You manufacture high-quality components and assemblies, mainly for the high-tech industry. Your craftsmanship directly impacts the quality of the final product.

On a typical day, you’ll set up and operate your CNC machine with Heidenhain controls. You’ll machine complex products in small to medium series, carefully inspect the parts you produce, and perform measurements. You read technical drawings, solve minor machine issues, and actively contribute ideas for process improvements. You keep your workspace tidy and help maintain a positive, safe work atmosphere.

Requirements

• Completed technical education, preferably in machining
• 2 to 10 years’ experience as a CNC Miller
• Experience independently setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines
• Knowledge and experience with Heidenhain controls
• Basic knowledge of 3-axis milling strategies
• Problem-solving skills and basic machine maintenance knowledge
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (Edgecam is a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Precise, independent, and quality-focused
• Good command of the Dutch language; English is a plus

• Salary between €2,700 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience
