You will be working in a modern industrial carpentry environment focused on producing high quality wooden components. The company specializes in customized wooden frames, doors, windows, and other precision crafted wood products.
The production facility features advanced machinery, modern CNC technology, and efficient workflows while maintaining a foundation of traditional craftsmanship. You will be part of a close knit team of approximately 20–30 employees who work together to deliver accuracy, reliability, and consistent quality.
The workplace is clean, organized, and climate controlled, providing a stable and comfortable environment for long term technical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines for producing wooden components.
- Work from technical drawings to ensure highly accurate results.
- Inspect all finished products carefully to ensure top quality standards.
- Adjust CNC machines according to specifications.
- Use tools and equipment confidently and safely.
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work independently while also collaborating effectively within the team.
Candidate Profile
- English language level B1.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Handy with tools and production equipment.
- Technical and spatial insight.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full time availability (40 hours per week).
- Experience working with wood.
- Experience in setting up and adjusting CNC machines.
- Proactive, responsible, and accurate working attitude.
- Open minded and motivated.
- VCA/VOL certificate or willingness to obtain one.
Additional Information
- Contract type: Fase A
- Hourly gross salary: €15.61 – €20.10
- Workhours: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:00
- Transport: (E )bike or car
- Workplace: Indoor hall with comfortable temperature
