Description
As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you are the key player in the entire bending process: you program, set up, and operate CNC press brakes such as the Gasparini 2021 and Durma 2023. You work independently on a variety of sheet metal products, where quality and precision are essential. Reading technical drawings and translating them into perfectly finished products is second nature to you.
On a typical workday, you start by reviewing the production schedule and setting up your machine based on the drawings. You perform interim quality checks, actively think about process improvements, and coordinate with your colleagues in production and work preparation. You contribute to the realization of products for industries including manufacturing, hospitality, and high-tech sectors.

Requirements
- Experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator or sheet metal worker (at least 2 years)
- Skilled in setting up, programming, and operating CNC press brakes
- Ability to read and translate technical drawings into practice
- Experience with sheet metal thicknesses from 1 to 8 mm (mainly 1.5–3 mm)
- Familiarity with modern CNC press brakes
- Strong technical insight
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Proactive in thinking about process improvements
- Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English
