Description

In this position, you will independently assemble and solder printed circuit boards (PCBs), following technical instructions and diagrams. You’ll ensure every board meets high standards and will also disassemble panels when replacement is needed. You correct minor deviations so everything functions as required. Your work directly contributes to innovation in high-tech machinery, defense, automotive, semiconductor, and medical sectors.
A typical day starts in either the morning or afternoon shift. You review work instructions, gather components, and begin assembling and soldering PCBs. Precision matters, as your work is used worldwide in critical technologies. You regularly communicate with colleagues about progress or special considerations. The shift system provides variety, and you’re never home late on Fridays.

Requirements

• Having your own accommodation is strongly preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience with assembling and soldering electronic components
• Experience reading technical drawings and work instructions
• Knowledge of electronic components
• Experience with manual soldering (ideally familiar with IPC 610 and/or IPC 7711/7721)
• Very precise and meticulous work, with good fine motor skills
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Good command of Dutch and/or English, spoken and written

Our offer

• Fixed gross monthly salary between €3,030 and €3,488 (including 15% shift allowance)
• 8% holiday allowance
• 27 vacation days and 13 additional days off (full-time)
