Description

As a car painter, you’ll work at specialized auto body repair shops located throughout the Netherlands. You’ll find yourself in a modern, clean, and well-equipped workshop where craftsmanship, precision, and efficiency are central. You’ll work both independently and as part of a close-knit team that values quality and meeting deadlines.
On a typical workday, you assess the preparation of car parts, accurately mix paints using digital scales, and select the correct shade based on color samples. You carefully mask vehicles, carry out various painting tasks (such as water-based paint, clear coat, three-layer systems), and polish painted vehicles to remove imperfections. You keep your workspace clean and organized at all times, work according to the latest techniques, and use reputable brands. You focus on efficiently meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

• Minimum vocational (MBO) working and thinking level
• At least 5 years relevant work experience as a car painter
• Able to work independently with a high level of precision
• Familiar with modern car painting techniques
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Reliable, motivated, and quality-focused
• B driver’s license is a plus
• English communication skills are a plus but not required
• Experience with spot repair is a plus

Our offer

• Gross hourly wage between €19.50 and €22.00 (depending on experience)
• Stable working hours (usually Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 38-40 hours per week)
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
