Description

As a Glass Installer / Caulker, you’ll work within a modern production environment in Groesbeek. Your main responsibility is to install glass in doors and apply caulk precisely around the glass. You will handle different types of glass, including conventional and fire-resistant, in painted wooden doors. The finishing of the caulking requires craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail to ensure top-notch quality at all times.

On a typical workday, you’ll be inside the workshop, collaborating with a friendly team and enjoying comfortable working hours. You will read technical drawings, select and apply the right sealing materials, and fit glazing beads. You’ll work independently but always have the support of your teammates when needed. Together, you ensure that each project is completed to a high standard.

Requirements

• Minimum technical vocational (MBO) education level
• Proven experience in glass installation or similar work (2 to 10 years)
• Technical insight and ability to read technical drawings
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, quality-focused attitude
• Proficiency in English or German
• Valid driver’s license (B)
• Strong communication skills
• Available for a full-time workweek (40 hours)

Our offer

• Hourly wage between €17.63 and €20.07 gross (based on experience)
• 40-hour workweek with shifts from 06:00 – 14:45 or 07:00 – 15:45
• Indoor work, no shift work
