Description

As a panel beater, you will work for specialized automotive repair companies across the Netherlands. Your main tasks include dismantling and repairing or replacing damaged body and chassis components, fixing both minor and major damages, and performing welding duties using CO2 and copper techniques. You work independently to restore cars to their original condition, using state-of-the-art tools and measurement systems.
On a typical day, you will dismantle body parts, use benches and hydraulic tools for repairs, apply and smooth filler, use a spotter, and ensure your workspace stays clean and organized. Precision and meeting agreed deadlines are important, as is good communication within the team. You will work in a safe, tidy environment where quality and craftsmanship come first.

Requirements

MBO-level education or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant experience in automotive repair
Able to work independently and with precision
Experience with modern bodywork tools and digital repair systems
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Skilled in various welding techniques (CO2, copper)
Knowledge of repair methods and use of a spotter (experience with Miracle system is a plus)
Team-oriented and quality-focused
Driver’s license B is a plus
Basic English is a plus

Our offer

Gross hourly wage of €20.00 to €23.00 (depending on experience)
Full-time position (38-40 hours per week) with stable work hours
Temporary contract with the intention for permanent employment
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
