Description
As a Field Operator LAS, you are responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of various logistics systems, including AMR, container conveyors, SCADA, robotic miniload, and MFC. You make sure communication between systems runs smoothly and oversee process quality and safety. You are the link between technology and logistics, playing a key role in the daily operations of the company.
On a typical day, you monitor the progress of logistics processes and proactively detect and address malfunctions. You solve issues where possible yourself or escalate them when necessary. You analyze deviations and advise production as needed. You fill out records accurately and communicate clearly with colleagues in the control room and on the production line. Complying with company guidelines in the areas of safety, quality, and hygiene is always central to your work.

Requirements
- MBO-level education and/or thinking
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Affinity with IT and logistics processes
- Safety-conscious and quality-oriented
- Strong team player with a results-driven attitude
- Flexible and accurate
- Able to perform under pressure and take initiative
Our offer
- Net weekly pay of €700–€750 (after deducting housing and insurance, based on 48 hours)
- Base salary of €18.17 gross per hour
- Overtime allowance +30% (€23.62 gross per hour)
- Saturday allowance +50% (€27.26 gross per hour)
- Sunday allowance +200% (€36.34 gross per hour)
- Night shift allowance +40% (€25.44 gross per hour)
- Work between 40 and 60 hours per week
