Description

As a first or second automotive mechanic, you are involved daily in disassembling, assembling, and optimizing transmissions and engines. You make sure vehicles perform at their best, whether you work independently or under supervision. You work with high-quality parts and modern techniques, always putting quality first. Your day starts with a team meeting, after which you tackle specific assignments: from flushing automatic transmissions and performing diagnostics to installing performance upgrades and conducting power measurements on the dyno. As a first mechanic, you take the lead in complex tasks, diagnose issues independently, and provide clear instructions. Requirements

• Affinity with automotive technology and mechanical work
• Technical education (or currently studying)
• Eager to learn and motivated
• Team player with a practical mindset
• For first mechanic: proven work experience as an automotive mechanic
• For first mechanic: able to independently diagnose issues
• Experience with modern automotive technology and software is a plus

• Salary between €1,850 and €3,500 net per month, depending on experience
