You will be working for a Dutch family‑owned organization specialized in the production of fresh, chilled potato products. As a Forklift Driver & Allround Logistics Employee, you will contribute to the efficient flow of goods within a temperature‑controlled logistics environment (5°C). You will start in a 2‑shift system, with a transition planned to a 5‑shift system.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport finished products with a forklift from production to the chilled warehouse, following scanning procedures and FIFO principles.
• Load and unload trailers and move them using a coupling truck.
• Supply and remove raw materials and packaging materials for production.
• Prepare delivery orders for shipment using order‑picking lists and/or hand scanners.

Candidate Profile

• Valid forklift certificate and proven forklift experience is mandatory.
• Willing to work in the food sector and in a temperature‑controlled environment of 5°C.
• Willing to work in a 2‑shift system initially, and later in a 5‑shift system.
• Able to communicate in Dutch is mandatory.
• Accurate, independent, decisive, and quality‑conscious.
• Experience in logistics or food production is preferred.

• Contract type: Permanent
• Hourly gross salary:
  Step 1: €19.62 (2 shifts) / €25.29 (5 shifts)
  Step 2: €20.13 (2 shifts) / €25.94 (5 shifts)
• Workhours:
  2 shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
  5 shifts: 2 mornings (06:00-14.00) / 2 afternoons (14.00-22.00) /2 nights (22.00-06.00) / 4 days off
• Transport: (E-)bike preferred; car possible depending on housing location
• Workplace: Temperature‑controlled logistics/warehouse environment (5°C)
• Work clothes: Employee brings own work clothes; safety gear provided; safety shoes €30
• Workload: Average
