Your role

As an Internal Recruiter at N2 People, you are essential to our success. You discover and select the most talented professionals across Europe. Your tasks include:

  • Proactive recruitment: Actively searching for the best candidates through various channels and networks.
  • International search: Attracting candidates from different countries to meet our clients’ needs.
  • Networking and relationship building: Developing and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and partners.
  • Profile assessment: Carefully evaluating CVs and conducting in-depth interviews.
  • Asking targeted questions: Uncovering candidates’ competencies and ambitions with focused inquiries.
  • Solution-oriented thinking: Quickly and effectively devising solutions for recruitment challenges.
  • Hands-on mentality: Tackling tasks directly and enthusiastically.
  • Collaboration: Quickly and carefully reviewing CVs from external recruiters to select the best candidates.
  • Teamwork: Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to optimize the recruitment strategy.
  • Database management: Searching our existing database for matches and maintaining an up-to-date file of top candidates.

 

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate:

  • Proactive and results-oriented: Always seeking the best outcomes with an initiative-driven attitude.
  • Strong communicator: Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Experienced in recruitment: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in our sectors.
  • Internationally oriented: Experience in recruiting candidates at an international level.
  • Analytical and critical: Excellent at assessing candidate profiles and skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable: Able to function well in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on mentality: Ready to tackle tasks immediately.
  • Ability to ask targeted questions: Uncovering candidates’ competencies and ambitions with focused inquiries.
  • Solution-oriented thinking: Thinks in solutions and addresses recruitment challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Creative in finding candidates.
  • Entrepreneurial and administratively strong: Capable of finding the right matches in our database full of warm leads.
