In this role, you’ll be working as a prefab production assembly worker, focusing on high-quality timber frame elements (HSB). You’ll be responsible for assembling wooden walls, floors, roofs, and other components, all within a modern and clean indoor factory setting. You’ll work closely with a team of professionals and use technical drawings as your main guide.
An average day includes reading production drawings, accurately measuring and assembling wooden elements, and operating modern tools and machines. Requirements

• At least vocational (MBO/VMBO) level of education or thinking
• 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience (woodworking/machine carpentry)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• English language skills at minimum B1 level
• Skilled with hand tools and equipment
• Accurately and quality-focused
• Hands-on mentality and practical insight
• Team spirit and open attitude
• Willingness to work with CNC and other automated machines
• Passion for wood and craftsmanship
