Description
In this role, you’ll work as a production worker helping to create industrial wooden packaging. You’ll build crates, boxes, pallets, export packaging, and machine boxes that are used worldwide for logistics. You’ll work in a modern, clean production hall where craftsmanship and teamwork are key. The company is known for its reliable and practical approach, always focused on quality and safety.
A typical day starts together with your colleagues in the workshop. You help with production tasks, carry out various general production duties, and assemble a range of wooden packaging using the right tools. You work safely and neatly according to the guidelines, ensuring custom solutions together with your team. You’ll get clear instructions but also have the space to work independently and learn on the job.

Requirements
- Handy with tools such as saws, screwdrivers, drills, hammers, and pneumatic tools
- Able to work safely and responsibly
- Minimum English level B1
- Technically minded, flexible, and eager to learn
- Reliable, responsible, and physically fit
- Looking for a long-term position
- MBO or VMBO working and thinking level
- Between 0 and 2 years of work experience (junior or starter)
Our offer
- Gross hourly wage of €15.70 including ADV (€14.74 + €0.96 ADV)
- Stable hours: on average 40-48 hours per week, day shifts
