Description

As a car preparator, you are responsible for carefully preparing vehicles for the paint process. You assess bodywork, perform dent removal, sand metal surfaces, and apply the first layer of filler. You restore original shapes and lines, apply and sand filler and primer, and accurately mask vehicles for painting. Your work is essential to achieving the high quality our clients expect.
On a typical day, you inspect vehicles, carry out sanding and filler work, apply primer, and correct polished surfaces for imperfections. You'll use modern tools and advanced techniques in a clean, well-equipped workshop. You work independently but are also part of a close-knit team that supports each other to complete every job on time.

About the client

You'll be working at a specialized auto body repair company with locations throughout the Netherlands. The workshops are modern, clean, and efficient, with a strong focus on safety and quality. Teamwork is central here, but there is also plenty of room to work independently and develop yourself. Requirements

• At least vocational (MBO) work and thinking level
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in auto preparation or similar work
• Able to work independently, accurately, and consistently
• Reliable, motivated, and quality-focused
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Driver's license B is a plus
• English communication is a plus, but not required
• Skilled in sanding, shaping, filling, and basic repair tasks

Our offer

• Gross hourly wage between €18.50 and €21.00 (approx. €625 – €725 per week for full-time)
• Full-time position: 38 to 40 hours per week
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
• Stable working hours, Monday through Friday (08:00–17:00)
