As a Junior Assembly Worker, you are responsible for assembling windows and frame components in the workshop. You work on various projects and carefully follow the project information and instructions provided. Technical insight and attention to detail are essential in this role. You will receive guidance from the workshop supervisor and colleagues in more complex situations, helping you to become increasingly independent.
A typical day involves gathering the right materials, carrying out assembly work according to project folders and instructions, and thoroughly checking your own work for neatness and accuracy. If anything is unclear, you coordinate with the supervisor and quickly spot and report any errors. You register your working hours and help keep the workspace tidy. The work is mainly performed standing and indoors in a well-lit workshop.
