Description

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for carrying out production tasks independently within a professional team. You work with CNC machines, perform measurements, and ensure products meet high-quality standards. Your work directly impacts the final result and customer satisfaction.

A typical workday includes setting up and preparing products, starting up and operating CNC machines, changing tools, performing finishing tasks such as deburring and grinding, and conducting precise quality checks. You spot deviations, record measurement results, and handle packaging and labeling of finished products. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace is also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Affinity with technology and experience in the metal industry
  • Experience with CNC machines is a strong advantage
  • Experience with measuring tools such as digital calipers, 3-point micrometers, and gauges
  • Quality-conscious, precise, and responsible work attitude
  • VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education) working and thinking level
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system:
    • Morning: 06:00–14:00
    • Afternoon/evening: 14:00–22:00
    • Night: 22:00–06:00
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of German or English is an advantage
  • Knowledge of quality and environmental management systems is a plus
