Description
As a machine operator, you are responsible for performing various operational production tasks. You ensure that products meet set quantitative and qualitative requirements. You work with different machines, carry out production measurements, record output, and assist where needed with changeovers and setups. Proper labeling and packaging of products are also part of your role.
A typical day involves starting up production, performing quality checks, and identifying deviations. You complete various registration lists, report malfunctions to the team leader, and work together with your colleagues to maintain a clean and safe workspace. You work in two shifts: from 08:00 to 14:30 and from 14:30 to 23:00. Together with the team, you strive for improvement and an optimal production process every day.

Requirements
- Experience with CNC milling, turning, or similar machines is sufficient
- At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a production environment
- Willingness to work in two shifts (08:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00)
- Quality-oriented, responsible, motivated, and a team player
- Certificates are not required

- Base salary of €16.65 per hour
- 14% shift allowance, totaling €18.98 per hour
