Description

In this role, you work as a Mig/Mag welder fabricating and welding simple steel structures with a plate thickness of about 5 mm. You are responsible for producing the same products in larger quantities, where accuracy and quality are key. You’ll work closely with a colleague and your supervisor.
A typical workday starts around 7:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM, with two breaks of 15 and 30 minutes. You mainly handle repetitive welding tasks, with quantity targets that matter. Your duties include reading technical drawings, setting up welding equipment, performing quality checks, and using grinding and finishing tools. A practical attitude and good communication skills, either in Dutch or English, are essential. Overtime is possible and appreciated.

Requirements

• Experience with MIG/MAG welding (minimum 0 to 5 years)
• Technical insight and ability to read technical drawings
• Practical mindset and attention to detail
• Reasonable command of Dutch or English
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Able to perform quality checks
• Experience with setting up and maintaining welding equipment
• Able to use grinding and finishing tools
• Focus on safety in the workplace

Our offer

• Gross hourly wage from €19.82 to €20.25
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• Flexible working hours (usually 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
