Summary

Do you want a key role in keeping production lines running smoothly in the food industry? Start as an Operator in the High Care or Packaging department, work in shifts, and develop yourself further. You’ll earn a competitive salary and have opportunities to grow.

Description

As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring that your assigned production line in the food industry operates optimally. You set up machines, monitor the production process, and make sure everything meets the highest quality and safety standards. You will work in one of two departments:

High Care (HC): This is a clean, controlled environment with strict hygiene protocols. In this department, you work in two shifts: from 6:15 AM to 4:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Packaging Bags (IPZ): In this department, the focus is on packaging products. Here as well, you work in a two-shift system: from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Your tasks are varied: you start up the production, switch packaging materials, perform quality checks (such as metal detection), and record production data. You keep the line clean, supervise staff at the line, and ensure a clear handover between shifts. There are three entry and growth levels: Operator A (1-3 lines), Operator B (3-5 lines), and Operator Allround (5-10 lines), each with their own responsibilities and salary scales.
