Description

As an operator in the packaging department, you are responsible for ensuring the packaging process for compost runs smoothly. You set up packaging machines, monitor the process, and intervene when needed. You make sure packaging materials are available on time and check the quality of produced packages.
On a typical workday, you start at 8:00 AM with your colleagues. You review the schedule and set up the machines. Throughout the packaging process, you keep a close eye on operations, perform basic maintenance, and clean the equipment. You use a forklift to move packed pallets to cooling areas or load trucks and handle the related documentation.

Requirements

In possession of a T-license and forklift certificate
Experience in a production environment
Technical insight and an affinity for transport
Independent and responsible
Flexible and able to solve problems
Team player with a proactive attitude
Basic knowledge of Dutch and/or English

Salary between €20.85 per hour (€600 – €660 per week), depending on knowledge and experience
40 to 45 hours per week
