Description

In this role as an operator in the packaging department, you are responsible for the entire packaging process of compost. You set up the packaging machine, monitor the process, and intervene when needed. Additionally, you ensure the packages are stacked correctly and transported to the cooling areas using a forklift.
A typical workday starts by beginning with gathering packaging materials and setting up the machines. Throughout the day, you monitor progress, carry out minor maintenance tasks, and keep the workspace clean. You load trucks, check shipping documents, and work closely with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will work in a shift schedule that consists of three shifts: 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, and 22:00 – 06:00. Some weekend shifts are included in the roster. Prefer to work part-time (32 hours)? Requirements

Valid forklift certificate and preferably a T driving license
Experience in a production environment
Technical insight and affinity with transport
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Flexible and problem-solving mindset
Team player with a proactive attitude
Basic knowledge of Dutch or English language
