A typical workday starts at 7:00 AM. You begin by checking the machines and preparing for production. Throughout the day, you closely monitor the quality of the work, resolve minor issues, and ensure everything follows safety regulations. You work independently but are also part of a close-knit team where teamwork is important. There’s regular time for meetings and sharing improvement ideas.
