Description

As a precision assembly operator in a cleanroom, you are responsible for assembling high-quality small products such as micro-PCBs. You work according to strict cleanroom protocols and pay close attention to detail. Your contributions support innovative sectors like automotive, medical technology, semiconductors, and defense.
On a typical day, you’ll carry out fine mechanical assembly and (micro-)soldering tasks. You work with focus, follow procedures carefully, and actively contribute to process improvements. Regular team meetings help maintain a tidy workspace and ensure all standards are met.

Requirements

• Excellent fine motor skills
• Ability to work in a structured, disciplined, and focused manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
• Team player, open to contributing ideas for improvement
• Experience with cleanroom work or soldering/gluing is a plus, but not required
