Description

As a prefab production employee, you help build innovative modular homes in a modern factory in Uden. You produce wooden walls, floors, and roofs, using bio-based materials and contributing to sustainable housing. You work in a team focused on delivering quality, where initiative and teamwork are highly valued.

On a typical day, you'll read technical drawings on a tablet, operate framing machines, and use hand tools. You perform quality checks on your own work and rotate between different workstations and machines. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues from various backgrounds and provide support where needed. The working environment is comfortable and climate-controlled year-round.

Requirements

• Affinity with the technical production sector
• At least B1 level English
• Work experience in a production environment (minimum 1 year)
• In possession of or willing to obtain a VCA Basic certificate
• Flexible, energetic, and quality-oriented
• Able to work with people from various cultures and backgrounds
• Long-term perspective and stability in the Netherlands

Our offer

• Gross hourly wage of €15.61 plus allowances (115% + 0.44 ADV)
• Net starting salary around €510 per week
• 40-hour workweek
• Possibility of a permanent contract after 3 months
